Interior Systems Installer

Metro Commercial Interiors are an interior construction subcontracting company that specialise in the supply and install of suspended ceilings and commercial interior systems. We are seeking an Interior Systems Installer to join our company on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity would suit someone who is interested in the interiors sector, with a willingness to learn or expand their skillset in the installation of proprietary partitions, ceilings and plasterboard lining products. Any experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will have the following:

· Any entry level construction experience would be advantageous

· Ability and willingness to learn, and undertake an apprenticeship (if desired/applicable)

· Ability to read construction drawings

· A current SiteSafe passport would be advantageous, but otherwise training is provided

· A team player who enjoys a team environment

· Knowledge of, or willingness to learn and abide by our safe working practices

Availability to work weekends/late nights when required.

Due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work at different site locations throughout the Auckland region. This will require you to have your own transport, or access to public transport.
