Casual Site Labourer

Metro Commercial Interiors are an interior construction subcontracting company that specialise in the supply and install of suspended ceilings and commercial interior systems. Metro are passionate about innovation, constant improvement, best practice, creating long term relationships and providing meaningful opportunities for our people to grow.

We are seeking a reliable site labourer to join our company on a casual basis. This position will assist our team in delivering product and materials to site, and other activities as required. You must be able capable of lifting heavy awkward products around a construction site (including stairs).

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Any construction experience would be advantageous

• A current Site Safe passport would be advantageous, but otherwise training provided

• A team player who enjoys a team environment

• Willingness to abide by our safe site working practices

• Availability to work weekends when/if required.

We will supply SiteSafe training if required, safety boots, hard hat, and hi-vis vest.

Due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work at different site locations throughout the Auckland region. This will require you to have your own transport, or access to public transport.
